Preparation
Kneel on both knees holding the straps. Place the pelvis above the knees without excessively arching the chest.

Circle the arms outwards from the sides and lift them in front of the shoulders.

3. Observe
Avoid rocking the pelvis as the arms move.

4. Complete the cycle
Maintain the rib cage position while circling the arms back to the sides.
