Preparation

Place both knees on the carriage and hands on the frame. Shift support towards the selected side while organising the shoulders and pelvis.

Bring the shoulder and pelvis on the selected side closer together while rounding the back.

3. Observe

Observe the pelvic movement as well as the sideways curve of the back.

4. Complete the cycle

Return to the starting position while restoring length on both sides.
