Preparation

Kneel upright with a strap in the selected hand. Keep the pelvis over the knees and the opposite hand near the side.

1. Set up

Rotate the rib cage and lengthen the selected arm diagonally upwards.

3. Observe

Avoid pushing the pelvis sideways.

4. Complete the cycle

Return the arm to the side and the rib cage to face forwards.
