Preparation
Half-kneel with the selected foot in front. Hold one loop with both hands and support through the front foot and rear knee.

1. Set up

2. Movement
Rotate the rib cage as the hands travel diagonally upwards from a low position.
Breathing example: Exhale
3. Observe
Keep the front knee from falling inwards.

4. Complete the cycle
Return the rib cage to face forwards and lower the hands.
Breathing example: Inhale
